Key Responsibilities & Core Duties

• Facilitate seamless client onboarding by accurately collating compliance documentation, FAIS records, and POPIA consent forms during the foundation phase.
• Support senior independent financial advisers with practice management, financial needs analyses, digital workflow tools, and direct client communications.
• Conduct in-depth research to formulate holistic financial plans, assist with product quoting, and identify portfolio review opportunities as a paraplanner.
• Deliver supervised financial advice in accordance with regulatory frameworks, conducting thorough client engagements and needs-matched product alignment.
• Complete formal Class of Business training modules, product-specific accreditations, and mock client assessments to refine consultative advisory capabilities.

The programme offers a well-defined, milestone-based compensation trajectory starting at R6,500 per month in Year 1 as an Administrative Assistant, stepping up to R14,000 per month in Year 2 as a Paraplanner, and progressing to R18,000 per month in Year 3 as a Junior Financial Adviser. Graduates receive structured coaching through the New Adviser Academy, dedicated preparation for the Regulatory Examination (RE5), and guided pathways toward achieving the prestigious Certified Financial Planner (CFP) professional designation.
