Senwes Grainlink is inviting enthusiastic, self-motivated, and ambitious South African youth to apply for the prestigious Grainlink Learnership Programme for the 2026/2027 intake. Designed to cultivate the next generation of agricultural specialists, this 12-month structured programme provides candidates with an exceptional blend of accredited classroom-based theoretical knowledge and comprehensive, practical on-the-job training across various modern silo operations. Learners will work closely alongside experienced agricultural mentors to master the end-to-end processes of grain reception, quality grading, commodity storage, and handling protocols.

Key Responsibilities
Participate actively in all theoretical and practical training modules required to complete the accredited Grain Grading Learnership qualification.
Learn and execute accurate grain sampling, inspection, and physical quality grading procedures in line with statutory agricultural standards.
Assist in day-to-day silo operations, including monitoring grain storage conditions, temperature tracking, and pest control management.
Operate agricultural weighing, intake, and dispatch systems while adhering strictly to operational procedures.
Support logistics and administrative teams with accurate recording, stock tracking, and documentation of commodity movements.
Uphold occupational health, safety, and environmental standards within all working areas and silo facilities.
Develop key workplace competencies including effective business communication, problem-solving, and computer literacy.

Requirements
Grade 12 / Matric certificate with foundational numeracy and literacy.
Valid South African driver's license.
Must be between the ages of 18 and 25 years old at the start of the programme.

Willingness to work within physical silo environments and perform operational duties.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and basic computer skills.
