Successful candidates will gain formal workplace exposure alongside structured theoretical training, ultimately leading to an accredited and FSP-recognized Wealth Management NQF Level 4 qualification. Key Responsibilities
Participate actively in a structured 12-month blended learning curriculum encompassing both classroom theory and practical workplace application.
Maintain, complete, and submit a comprehensive learnership logbook detailing daily tasks, milestones, and workplace competencies achieved.
Acquire comprehensive operational understanding of financial services legislation, compliance standards, risk mitigation, and corporate business ethics.
Support daily branch and departmental operations by processing documentation, engaging with clients, and assisting experienced financial advisors.
Collaborate with assigned professional mentors to track personal performance targets and meet developmental goals.
Actively participate in Old Mutual Corporate Social Investment (CSI) community initiatives and organizational culture programmes.
Build foundational expertise across varied financial products, asset management concepts, and client relationship management strategies.

Requirements
Must be a South African citizen between the ages of 18 and 30 years old.
Currently unemployed and not registered for or studying towards any qualification at an educational institution.
Must have successfully passed Grade 12 (Matric) or hold an equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification.
Minimum of 50% in English (Home Language or First Additional Language).
Minimum of 50% in an Official Second Language.
Minimum of 50% in Mathematics (Pure Maths) or Mathematical Literacy.
Must not have previously participated in or completed a Wealth Management NQF Level 4 learnership programme.
Available and committed to commence the programme full-time on 01 October 2026.
Strong interpersonal, effective communication, and active listening skills.
Demonstrated learning agility, accountability, problem-solving ability, and customer focus.
