In this fast-paced position, successful candidates will join an international consulting team to support the design, development, and delivery of complex consulting projects for leading pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare organisations worldwide. Key Responsibilities
Conduct independent desk research using comprehensive internal databases and global secondary sources to support client engagements.
Contribute actively to brainstorming sessions aimed at developing robust project methodologies and strategic frameworks.
Draft key sections of client deliverables, analytical reports, and executive presentations under senior consultant guidance.
Acquire specialized knowledge of proprietary IQVIA data assets and provide advisory support to cross-functional consulting teams.
Collaborate effectively within international, multicultural project teams spanning diverse geographies and time zones.
Support strategic client topics including brand strategy, market access, commercial launch excellence, and healthcare innovation.
Analyze healthcare systems, regulatory policies, and commercial environments across multiple unfamiliar international markets.
Assist in thought leadership initiatives and internal knowledge-building to strengthen the firm's consulting capabilities.

Requirements
Recent graduate or early-career professional with a strong academic track record.
Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or related quantitative discipline (Honours, Master's, or PhD qualifications are highly advantageous).
Demonstrated interest, track record, or practical exposure to consulting, analytics, or research.
Proven analytical, interpretative, and structured problem-solving skills.
Strong commercial awareness and genuine curiosity regarding the global healthcare industry.
Excellent IT literacy, with advanced competency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management capabilities with high attention to detail.
Proactive self-starter mindset suited to high-performing, cross-regional, and culturally diverse teams.
Comfortable researching diverse country markets, health systems, and international commercial environments.
