Key Responsibilities

• Showcase your knowledge of modelling software, research skills, creativity, customer focus, hand-drafting abilities, and teamwork in daily tasks.
• Assist project teams in generating clear and precise technical drawings for various architectural projects.
• Develop a deep understanding of design intent and project goals to ensure successful implementation.
• Provide crucial support with research, data compiling, and documentation across all phases of design, including feasibility studies, concept design, schematic design, design development, and construction documents.
• Offer graphic support to project teams by preparing diagrams, renderings, and other design drawings for presentations.
• Provide meaningful technical support for all levels of project challenges, learning to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively.
• Assist in producing all documentation related to the design, including drawings, 3D models, images, and other relevant materials, ensuring adherence to project briefs.
• Display aptitude for applicable technologies essential for all aspects of project execution, continuously learning and adapting to new tools.
• Implement office systems and technology effectively for the successful execution of project deliverables, drawing on a growing knowledge base.
• Liaise with external consultants, contractors/site teams, architects of record, and clients, with appropriate assistance and guidance.

• Working knowledge of REVIT.
• Ability to understand and formulate design decisions and present for discussion.
