Key Responsibilities
- Provide client services to investors via various communication channels, ensuring a professional and helpful interaction.
- Offer technical support regarding Collective Investment Schemes and retirement products, guiding clients through complex information.
- Adhere strictly to daily schedules and work plans to consistently meet service targets and operational goals.

- Escalate all unresolved queries to management by accurately logging cases on the system for prompt resolution.
- Strive to answer 90% of all calls within 60 seconds, aligning with Service Level Agreements (SLA) to maintain high service standards.
- Generate required lead targets monthly by proactively offering relevant products to clients.
- Prevent potential business losses by maintaining vigilance and ensuring all calls and interactions are correctly logged and documented.
- Contribute actively to a culture that supports transformation goals by participating in Nedbank's culture-building initiatives, such as staff surveys.
- Participate in and support corporate social responsibility initiatives that align with key business strategies.
- Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance existing processes, systems, and policies, and support the implementation of new ones.
- Stay informed about legislative and industry changes impacting the role by regularly reading relevant newsletters, websites, and attending informational sessions.
- Keep up-to-date with risk standards by reading, understanding, and completing updated manuals, agreeing to their terms.
