Showcase Behavioural & Practical Projects: Emphasise university capstones, GitHub repositories, or Kaggle competitions where you tackled human behaviour, churn prediction, or health analytics rather than generic toy datasets.
Highlight Your Tooling Proficiency: Explicitly quantify your experience with Python, R, or SQL in your CV, detailing how you queried large datasets, performed data cleaning, and engineered features.
Bridge Analytics with Business Impact: In your motivation or project summaries, demonstrate your ability to answer the question 'So what?' by showing how your statistical findings translate into strategic user decisions.
Candidates shortlisted for this position should prepare to answer technical and behavioural evaluation questions, such as:
"How would you clean and evaluate a messy, real-world behavioural dataset before applying a predictive classification model?"
"Can you describe an instance where you translated an ambiguous business or healthcare problem into a concrete hypothesis-testing framework?"
