The successful intern will provide vital administrative, operational, and stakeholder engagement support across the department. You will liaise with corporate employers seeking entry-level talent, manage candidate databases, schedule interviews, and guide graduates through the preliminary steps of their professional careers. This position offers exceptional exposure to talent acquisition, career coaching, higher education administration, and relationship management in a dynamic corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities & Core Duties

• Execute employer marketing campaigns and distribute graduate profiles to prospective corporate recruiters.
• Review incoming graduate CVs and match qualified profiles with verified entry-level job descriptions and client specifications.
• Coordinate interview logistics, facilitate sit-down interview sessions, and verify that candidate profiles align with employer expectations.
• Conduct professional follow-ups with placed graduates on their first day and first week of work to support workplace integration.
• Maintain and update candidate tracking systems with detailed records of placements, job titles, and compensation figures.
• Assist in organizing work-readiness workshops, career exhibitions, job-shadowing events, and industry networking initiatives.
• Compile operational data and statistical reports to support departmental reviews and internal communications.
