Key Responsibilities

• Balance cashier's daily takings accurately and efficiently.
• Complete cashier's settlement sheets and record any shorts and overs.
• Complete and reconcile taking sheets as applicable.
• Prepare takings for collection, ensuring all relevant documentation is accurately completed and verified before collection.
• Physically bank cheques and cash where applicable.
• Order change for the next day's trading as required.
• Communicate takings figures to the support office when applicable.
• Communicate any discrepancies to management promptly.
• Ensure that all float/cash office security procedures are adhered to at all times.
• Adhere to all float/cash office policies and procedures without exception.
