Key Responsibilities
Assist experienced Claims Advisors with daily administrative functions and workflow coordination.
Accurately capture, process, and maintain claims documentation within the internal claims management system.
Coordinate the verification, processing, and prompt payment of service provider invoices.
Liaise professionally with external service providers, clients, and key internal stakeholders to ensure seamless claim progress.
Administer the finalisation and closure of completed insurance claims while upholding operational service standards.
Perform general office administration, data entry, and record management tasks as assigned by line managers.

Requirements
Matric / Grade 12 qualification or recognized equivalent.
Completed National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Business Management, or a related field of study.
Valid South African citizenship.
Aged between 18 and 35 years at the time of application.
Must be currently unemployed and must not have previously participated in an INSETA-funded internship.
Computer literate with mandatory proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office software.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
High attention to detail, strong problem-solving initiative, and sound organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a deadline-oriented, target-driven work environment.
