Key Responsibilities

• Assist the retail stockbroking team with daily client queries, account operations, and administrative functions.

• Provide professional support in building and maintaining strong relationships with retail investors and high-net-worth clients.

• Facilitate smooth client onboarding, documentation verification, and account maintenance in compliance with industry regulations.

• Learn to navigate financial trading platforms, market data feeds, and corporate CRM systems to handle account inquiries efficiently.

• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to resolve client escalations and streamline administrative communication channels.

• Participate in financial market research updates and assist in preparing regular client reporting metrics for internal stakeholders.
