Job Description
As a Community Advisor at FNB, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional and efficient customer experience. This involves proactively understanding customer needs, providing tailored product solutions, and expertly directing customers to the most suitable service channels, including digital and self-service platforms. Your daily activities will ensure all interactions strictly align with established policies, processes, and service standards, upholding FNB's commitment to excellence. This 12-month fixed-term contract offers a dynamic opportunity to be a brand ambassador within FNB's Alternative Channel, specifically at a Pick 'n Pay Initiative location.
The role demands a proactive individual who can build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse client base. You will be instrumental in providing a positive customer experience, demonstrating empathy, and being highly sensitive to transactional needs and expectations. Effective communication is key, requiring the ability to explain complex banking processes and requirements in a simple, understandable manner. Furthermore, you will be responsible for educating customers on the correct banking platforms aligned with their specific needs, ensuring they leverage the most efficient tools available. Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: Grade 12/ NQF Level 4.
- Preferred Qualification: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related fields recognized by FAIS.
- 1β3 years of experience in customer-facing environments, service delivery, or client support within financial services.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with an ability to engage diverse customer needs.
- Confidence in guiding customers toward digital and Self-Service solutions.
- Ability to identify sales opportunities and support portfolio growth.
- High levels of accuracy, discipline, and adherence to process.
- Strong organising, planning, and time-management capability.
