As an intern at OLIVER, you will collaborate closely with seasoned creative directors, copywriters, digital designers, and account managers. You will gain hands-on exposure to the entire lifecycle of creative campaigns—from decoding client briefs and brainstorming innovative concepts to executing multi-channel assets and measuring live audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Conceptualisation: Interpret creative briefs, audience insights, and brand objectives to contribute original ideas during brainstorming and review sessions.
Copywriting & Content Creation: Craft compelling, accurate, and platform-tailored copy for digital campaigns, social media channels, print, video scripts, and marketing collateral.
Social Media & Community Management: Assist in scheduling, publishing, and monitoring online discussions across key platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Brand Alignment & Proofreading: Edit and proofread all materials rigorously to ensure strict adherence to client guidelines, grammar standards, and distinct brand voices.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor social listening tools, competitor benchmarks, and engagement analytics to generate actionable campaign performance insights.
Collaborative Delivery: Partner with cross-functional design and client service teams to deliver high-quality marketing assets within set project deadlines.

Requirements
Completed Degree or National Diploma in Copywriting, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Media Studies, or a related field.
A creative portfolio showcasing strong writing, conceptual thinking, or digital content projects (mandatory for copywriting applicants).
Excellent command of English grammar, spelling, proofreading, and editing.
Solid understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube).
