Key Responsibilities
- Handle a wide spectrum of customer queries and complaints, utilizing both inbound and outbound communication channels effectively.
- Interpret customer needs and resolve queries by providing accurate, comprehensive account, product, and service-related information, strictly adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Promptly escalate complex or unresolved queries to appropriate stakeholders to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Accurately capture dispositions based on the nature of each query or complaint, maintaining precise records.
- Consistently deliver a professional and positive customer experience, striving for satisfaction in every interaction.
- Efficiently action all administrative requirements related to customer account management, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Service Level
- Resolve all customer queries in strict alignment with departmental standards, predefined Service Levels, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Proactively identify and promptly escalate any potential crisis situations to management, mitigating risks and ensuring swift intervention.
- Action all queries in an efficient, professional, and timeous manner that will ensure a positive customer experience.
Quality Assurance
- Ensure that all outputs and interactions consistently meet or exceed departmental Quality Assurance standards and targets.
- Strictly adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures and departmental templates where relevant, maintaining consistency and compliance.
Adherence
- Adhere meticulously to the workforce schedule, including precise start and end times, as well as designated lunch and body breaks.
- Comply with all Company Policies and Procedures, such as the Absence Management Policy, House Rules, and Disciplinary Policy.
- Be prepared to perform any ad hoc tasks as and when required by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

- Minimum of 1 year experience in a Customer Service or Contact Centre environment

- Grade 12 certificate or NQF Level 4 qualification
- Experience or knowledge of retail account assistance services (advantageous)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
