Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that daily warehouse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are consistently met and exceeded, contributing to overall operational excellence.
• Comply strictly with the specifications of various order types, ensuring that customer requirements are met within established timeframes and quality standards.
• Adhere to all warehouse procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety protocols and compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain a secure working environment.
• Execute duties diligently to achieve warehouse performance standards, including meticulous maintenance of parts stock levels and proactive measures to reduce stock losses and damages.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy in all stock-related activities, such as counting, picking, and binning, to ensure inventory integrity.
• Uphold excellent housekeeping standards within the warehouse, ensuring a clean, organised, and efficient workspace.
• Provide comprehensive assistance with various warehouse-related duties within the Kathu Parts department, supporting team objectives and operational needs.
• Engage in continuous learning and development to enhance skills in warehouse management and logistics.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, as required, following all training and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to streamline processes and resolve any operational challenges.
