Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and support the day-to-day administration of the Control Self Assessment (CSA) lifecycle within the Risk and Compliance function.
Assist in financial reporting, collation of operational performance metrics, and documentation for Senior Management.
Support operational workflows across Procurement, Accounts Payable, and general financial operations.
Prepare high-quality presentations, executive meeting packs, and research summaries aligned with MTN corporate communication standards.
Facilitate ad-hoc stakeholder meetings and provide administrative support for cross-functional transformation initiatives.
Produce service documentation, annexes to commercial contracts, and training materials.
Assist in defining and updating internal financial governance policies and operational risk mitigation frameworks.
Manage knowledge base content and support group-wide teams with accurate policy queries and financial records.

Requirements
BCom Degree in Finance, Financial Management, Accounting, or a relevant National Diploma in Finance.
0 to 2 years of work or internship experience (including relevant student work or vacation work).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Solid foundational understanding of financial controls, accounting principles, and compliance frameworks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation ability.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
