Selected interns will gain direct industry exposure, collaborate with multi-disciplinary professional teams, and develop critical workplace skills within one of Africa's leading engineering and infrastructure consulting firms across Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban, and Gqeberha.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, IT, and business operations teams to deliver multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects.

• Support project managers and senior engineers with technical calculations, software development tasks, project documentation, and administrative reporting.

• Utilize industry-standard software tools such as MS Excel, SQL Server, C#, Power BI, and specialized engineering design applications to perform daily deliverables.

• Participate actively in structured YES Programme learning modules, mentorship sessions, and workplace skill development programs.

• Ensure compliance with company quality standards, health and safety regulations, and project management timelines.

• Assist in procurement, supply chain tracking, project administration, and business management workflows.

• National Diploma or Degree in Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Business Management, Procurement, Project Management, or a related field

• National Diploma in Business Administration with strong MS Word and Excel skills

• Grade 12 (Matric) with Mathematics, Physical Science, and English

• BTech, BSc, or BEng Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Electrical Engineering

• Completed Degree or relevant qualification in Software Development with exposure to SQL Server, C#, and Power BI / Dashboards

• Qualification in Architecture or Architectural Technology

• Must be a South African citizen (youth unemployed status)
