Main Purpose of the Position

This is a two-year graduate program (24 months) where the successful candidate will gain practical exposure in the Finance department. During this period, the graduate will rotate through various financial functions, learning about budgeting, financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance within the agricultural industry. The program is structured to provide comprehensive training and mentorship, ensuring a holistic understanding of OVK's financial operations and the broader agricultural economic landscape. Key Responsibilities
