Key Responsibilities
Operational Support: Assist cross-functional teams in executing departmental goals, day-to-day administration, and process improvements.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Compile, analyze, and present key operational and financial metrics to departmental leads.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with senior specialists on designated technical, IT, engineering, or business optimization projects.
Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate professionally with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth workflow delivery.
Continuous Learning: Participate fully in all scheduled corporate training modules, development workshops, and performance evaluations throughout the 12-month period.

Requirements
Must be currently unemployed South African citizen.
Must be available to participate in the full 12-month internship programme.
Must have recently completed a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited South African tertiary institution in one of the following disciplines:
Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Psychology
Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting)
Bachelor of Commerce in Economics
Bachelor of Commerce in Statistics
BCompt
Bachelor of Computer Science
Bachelor of Information Technology
Bachelor of Science (BSc)
Bachelor of Science in Statistics
Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
Other related Bachelor's Degrees in the above fields
Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Valid South African ID document.
