Requirements
South African citizenship.
Completed degree or currently completing final-year studies (completion by end of 2026) in Human Resources/Industrial Psychology, Finance, Marketing, Safety Management, Environmental Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, Transport Management, Sales & Marketing Management, Retail Management, Legal, or Property Development.
Strong academic track record with an overall aggregate average of at least 70%.
Demonstrated leadership potential and active involvement in extracurricular or community initiatives.
Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal relationship skills.
Demonstrated passion for learning, innovation, problem-solving, and continuous professional improvement.
Ability to relocate or commute reliably to Cape Town, Western Cape.
