Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outbound customer interactions professionally in a high-volume contact centre environment.

• Accurately capture, update, and maintain customer interaction records on corporate customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

• Collaborate effectively with team leaders and senior insurance professionals to resolve client queries and deliver world-class service.

• Complete all theoretical coursework, practical assignments, and formal workplace assessments required by the INSETA-accredited qualification framework.
