Key Responsibilities
- HR Intern Responsibilities:
- Assist with general HR administration, including filing and scanning documents.
- Prepare various HR documents and manage labour broker change forms.
- Oversee onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Provide support to employees with HR-related queries, acting as a first point of contact.
- Administer HR systems such as Axio, Intranet, The Hub, and Greenhouse.
- Support payroll administration, including UI-19 documents and confirmation of employment letters.
- Assist with IRP5-related administration and new-starter communication.
- Provide support in the preparation and management of CCMA cases.
- Contribute to various HR projects aimed at improving departmental efficiency and employee experience.
- Customer Service & Customer Insights Intern Responsibilities:
- Analyse customer service data to identify trends and patterns.
- Review customer feedback to pinpoint challenges and opportunities for improvement.
- Support the creation and review of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance service delivery.
- Optimise process flows to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects focused on enhancing overall customer experience.
- Report on key metrics and performance indicators related to customer service.
- Collaborate effectively with Customer Experience, Operations, and Data teams.
- Support the implementation of improvements and participate in projects aimed at refining customer service processes and system usage.
