Key Responsibilities
The successful graduate will provide administrative support across Human Resources functions.- Employee records management, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Recruitment and selection support, including assisting with job postings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating assessment processes.
- Onboarding new employees, preparing induction materials, and facilitating a smooth integration into the organisation.
- HR compliance and governance, assisting with policy implementation and ensuring adherence to labour laws and internal regulations.
- Training and development administration, coordinating workshops, managing training records, and supporting learning initiatives.
- Payroll support, assisting with data input, verification, and addressing basic payroll queries.
- Leave and employee benefits administration, processing leave requests and assisting with benefit-related queries.
- Compiling and maintaining accurate HR reports and data for management review and strategic planning.
