HR Learning & Development Internship at Premier
Job Description
Premier is offering an exciting 12-month Learning & Development Internship tailored for ambitious graduates seeking hands-on experience in corporate human resources, talent management, and organizational development. Based at the Corporate Office in Midrand, the successful candidate will gain valuable corporate exposure by supporting regional training initiatives, working directly with the Manager: L&D Programs & Projects, and developing comprehensive professional skills within a leading FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and administer learning systems including Payspace, Moodle, LMS, and GP.
Assist with end-to-end L&D processes, including statutory SETA documentation, training logistics, and bursary management.
Facilitate invoice processing and vendor payments for training providers and internal stakeholders.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date national training records on the central learning database.
Provide operational talent development support including venue bookings, catering arrangements, training facilitation setup, and logbook administration.
Support cross-regional projects and national learning & development initiatives across business units.

Requirements
Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
Completed Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with strong working knowledge of MS Excel.
Valid South African Driver’s License (advantageous).
Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data accurately.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Adaptable with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
