Key Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment and selection processes, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Assist with the onboarding and offboarding procedures for employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, with a specific focus on integrating Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements.
- Prepare HR-related reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs to foster a positive work environment.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with local labor laws and Totalenergies' ethical standards.
- Participate in special HR projects aimed at enhancing HR service delivery and supporting the growth of the renewables sector.
- Take appropriate action to avert immediate threats to persons, property, or installations, in line with company HSE rules.
