OUTsurance is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented graduate to join their Human Capital department as a Recruitment Intern in Centurion. Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing & Job Posting: Publish approved job advertisements across job boards, career portals, and social media platforms including LinkedIn.

• Screening & Shortlisting: Review incoming resumes against role specifications, conduct initial telephonic screening assessments, and compile shortlist recommendations for talent acquisition specialists.

• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with line managers and recruitment partners, ensuring seamless logistics and calendar alignment.

• Candidate Communication: Act as a primary contact for applicants, providing timely application feedback, interview preparation details, and status updates.

• Database Administration: Continuously maintain, update, and track applicant data on internal recruitment trackers and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

• Compliance & Onboarding: Prepare interview packs, assist with pre-employment verification checks, and support the HR team with onboarding documentation for new hires.

Salary is estimated based on market research.

• Matric / Grade 12 certificate.

• Completed Degree or National Diploma in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Labour Relations, BCom Law/LLB, Generic Management, Business Management, or a related qualification.

• Must be a South African citizen between the ages of 18 and 35.

• Must have been unemployed for at least the last 2 months prior to application.

• Must not have previously participated in an INSETA internship or learnership program.

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

• Excellent interpersonal capabilities with a genuine passion for people development.

• High computer literacy with proficient administrative and organization skills.

• Results-driven mindset with the ability to maintain composure and meet deadlines under pressure.
