• South African Citizen between the ages of 18 and 28 years old.

• Completed Grade 12 / Matric qualification.

• Passed English with a minimum of 60% and passed a second official language.

• Passed Pure Mathematics with a minimum of 50% OR Mathematical Literacy with a minimum of 60%.

• Currently unemployed and not studying full-time or part-time.

• Not currently registered for any other learnership programme.

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

• High level of integrity, stress tolerance, and distractibility resistance.
