Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate international shipments, ensuring compliance with all import/export regulations and documentation.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other logistics partners to ensure smooth transit of goods.
• Monitor and track the status of international orders and shipments, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Manage inventory levels for international products, optimising stock to meet demand while minimising holding costs.
• Identify and resolve any issues or delays in the supply chain, implementing effective solutions promptly.
• Prepare and process all necessary shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
• Negotiate rates and terms with logistics providers to achieve cost-effective shipping solutions.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and marketing teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
• Analyse supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the international supply chain.
