Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily driver recruitment tasks, including lead validations, scheduling, and management.
- Collect, analyse, interpret, and present operational and recruitment data to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
- Aid in preparing clear reports, dashboards, and presentations to effectively communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to various stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with diverse cross-functional teams, including Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, Facilities, and Health & Safety, ensuring seamless integration and project execution.
- Assist the Team Leader in monitoring operational performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and corrective actions.
- Participate actively in problem-solving initiatives by pinpointing root causes, proposing practical and innovative solutions, and supporting their successful implementation.

Requirements
