Key Responsibilities

Monitoring and issue resolution

• Monitor the leakage and misconfiguration report on a regular basis, identifying merchants with integration issues or configuration errors that need attention.
• Check system and integration alerts, triaging issues by urgency and business impact.
• Reconfigure merchant integration settings where misconfigurations or alerts indicate a need for correction, escalating more complex cases to senior team members where required.
• Maintain a log of identified issues, actions taken, and outcomes to support reporting and continuous improvement.

SME merchant activations

• Own the end-to-end integrations for Ozow's SME merchant base, ensuring integrations remain healthy, correctly configured, and performing as expected.
• Diagnose and fix integration and configuration issues for SME merchants, acting as a technical support resource throughout the integration and activation process.
• Perform hands-on technical troubleshooting on SME merchant integrations, escalating unresolved or complex issues to the Integration Project Managers or relevant technical teams.

Stakeholder and merchant engagement

• Act as a supporting point of contact for SME merchants and Activations Specialists on integration and configuration queries.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with merchants and internal stakeholders on the status of issues being investigated or resolved.

Continuous improvement and enablement

• Log recurring technical issues and trends identified through leakage and misconfiguration monitoring or alerts with the Integration Project Manager, to inform process and product improvements.
• Keep integration documentation, checklists, and playbooks for SME merchants up to date.
• Build working knowledge of Ozow's products and services, staying informed about new features and updates to better support merchant integrations. This includes actively participating in training sessions and self-study to deepen understanding of payment gateway technologies and best practices.
