This initiative is tailored specifically to assist qualifying learners in satisfying their institutional workplace requirements to successfully obtain their National N-Diploma. Interns are embedded within real-world retail channels where they receive comprehensive training, hands-on exposure, and continuous mentorship from experienced merchandising and sales managers.

Key Responsibilities & Core Duties

• Determine daily stock requirements to be packed, merchandised, and displayed across allocated retail outlets.
• Draw stock requirements efficiently from store storage and inventory receiving areas.
• Verify product quality, vintage dates, stock rotation compliance (FIFO), and correct price tag labeling.
• Execute merchandising activities accurately according to specific cycle briefs and brand guidelines.
• Gather and report customer feedback, complaints, queries, and store manager requests to senior personnel.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of product portfolios, seasonal promotions, and brand point-of-sale materials.
• Log and report daily merchandising activities, call cycle compliance, and stock shortages to the Regional Sales Manager.
