Key Responsibilities

• Actively participate in all institutionalised training modules and workshops.
• Engage in practical on-the-job training under the guidance of experienced artisans and mentors.

• Develop proficiency in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing various plant equipment and systems.
• Contribute to team efforts in ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of Matimba Power Station.

Training and Development

Successful candidates will be afforded institutionalised training as well as on-the-job training. The programme is aimed at developing practical artisan skills while exposing participants to Eskom’s technical and operational environment.
