This learnership is a pivotal step for individuals with a National Senior Certificate (Matric) and an NTC4 Engineering qualification in disciplines such as Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Industrial Engineering. It offers a structured learning environment where theoretical knowledge is directly applied to real-world manufacturing challenges. Participants will be immersed in the daily operations of a sophisticated plant, learning from experienced professionals and contributing to the efficient production of high-quality lubricants. Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in all training modules and practical assignments related to lubricant manufacturing processes.
- Assist plant operators and technicians in daily production activities, ensuring adherence to operational standards.
- Learn and apply safety regulations and procedures within a manufacturing plant environment.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized workspace, supporting overall plant efficiency.
- Observe and understand quality control processes for various lubricant products.
- Engage with mentors and team members to deepen understanding of engineering principles in a practical setting.
- Document learning progress and complete all required assessments for the learnership programme.
- Support inventory management and logistics operations as required, gaining exposure to the supply chain.

Requirements
- National Senior Certificate (Matric)
- NTC4 Engineering qualification in one of the following disciplines:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Chemical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Instrumentation
- Industrial Engineering
- No previous work experience required (0 years).
- Added Advantage: A TVET qualification in Supply Chain Management and/or Logistics Management will be advantageous.
