Job Description
Metropolitan Life is offering an exciting 12-month Learnership Programme for unemployed youth interested in gaining workplace experience within the insurance industry. This programme provides a unique opportunity to obtain a Wealth Management NQF level 4 qualification while working closely with industry experts. Key Responsibilities
Complete all theoretical learning requirements for the learnership.
Ensure timely completion of all administrative and reporting duties associated with the programme.
Collate, compile, and distribute documents according to required standards and within defined timeframes.
Attend to all client queries professionally to deliver an excellent client experience and meet or exceed service level agreements.
Screen and route all incoming queries to the appropriate stakeholders, assisting in their resolution.
Maintain relevant office housekeeping standards.

Requirements
Grade 12 or an equivalent NQF4 qualification
Aged between 18 and 35
South African citizen by birth
Unemployed
Belonging to a previously disadvantaged group

Fluent verbal and written communication and comprehension in English
