Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products from stock according to order sheets, ensuring correct items and quantities.
• Pack orders securely and correctly, ensuring products are protected and labelled properly for transit.
• Prepare goods for dispatch, including palletising, wrapping, and loading onto transport vehicles.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dispatch and storage areas, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
• Conduct quality and quantity checks before dispatch, verifying order accuracy and product integrity.
• Fill in traceability sheets accurately, maintaining clear records for all outgoing products.
• Assist with stock rotation and inventory counts when required, contributing to efficient warehouse management.
• Always follow health and safety procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
• Report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages promptly to the Dispatch/Warehouse Manager, facilitating quick resolution.
