Key Responsibilities

• Manufacture, prepare, and/or wrap products according to specified standards and daily/weekly budgets.
• Accurately price random weight and loose-selling items, ensuring correct labeling.
• Conduct regular quality checks, implement stock rotation, and remove damaged or expired products promptly.
• Actively prevent wastage, shrinkage, and damages to products and equipment.
• Monitor and maintain correct temperatures, ensuring the integrity of the cold chain.
• Uphold stringent hygiene, housekeeping, and safe working standards, including floor back-up.
• Adhere strictly to all security procedures to safeguard company assets.
• Operate and clean equipment in accordance with laid-down standards and protocols.
• Engage with customers professionally, advising on products, listening to requests, and providing excellent service.
• Process all customer orders accurately, following correct procedures and service standards.
• Actively promote products to enhance sales and customer awareness.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with employees, management, customers, and suppliers.
