Key Responsibilities
- Assist with maintaining Quality Management System documentation and compliance records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Manage document control processes, including filing, archiving, and general administrative tasks related to quality assurance.
- Coordinate internal audits, meticulously maintaining supporting audit evidence and tracking all audit findings.
- Proactively follow up on outstanding corrective and preventive actions to ensure timely resolution and continuous improvement.
- Collect and consolidate operational compliance data, preparing it for analysis and reporting.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports, developing comprehensive dashboards to visualise key performance indicators.
- Identify trends and opportunities for improvement within quality processes, contributing to strategic enhancements.
- Support Quality and Occupational Health & Safety induction and training programmes, ensuring all employees are adequately informed.
- Maintain accurate training records and monitor training completion rates across the organisation.
- Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing fresh perspectives and innovative solutions.
- Provide support for various team projects, demonstrating adaptability and a collaborative spirit.
- Assist with meeting administration, including taking minutes and tracking action items as required.

Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate.
- Currently studying towards, or have recently completed, a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Quality Management, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management, Business Management, Health Sciences, Nursing, Public Health, Industrial Psychology, or other relevant disciplines.
- Up to one year of experience in areas such as Administration, Compliance, Quality Management, Auditing, Operations support, Customer service, or Healthcare administration.
- Previous internship experience, vacation work, volunteering, or other practical exposure to quality, health and safety, compliance, or operational environments is highly advantageous.
- Exposure to ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards is highly advantageous.
- Internal Auditor training is highly advantageous.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in Power BI and SharePoint is highly advantageous.
- Detail-oriented, willing to learn, and comfortable working with documentation, reporting, and data.
