Key Responsibilities
Theatre Support & Observation: Learn and observe intricate orthopaedic surgical procedures, progressively advancing to assist surgical teams by delivering precise technical guidance on instrumentation and reconstruction implants.
Sales Process Mastery: Shadow and collaborate with experienced Medical Sales Representatives to understand account management, hospital procurement, and client relationship dynamics.
Technical & Anatomical Expertise: Build deep mastery of surgical techniques, human anatomy, biomechanics, and specialized Smith+Nephew product lines.
Healthcare Professional Engagement: Provide prompt technical assistance to surgeons, theatre nurses, and hospital personnel to ensure flawless product application.
Formal Qualification: Successfully complete the accredited Medical Sales Representative Learnership Qualification curriculum alongside daily practical field training.
Territory Operations: Support product replenishment, consignment checks, and delivery logistics across assigned clinical territories in Cape Town.
