Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class customer service by actively welcoming shoppers, offering styling advice, and assisting with product selections.
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive cross-selling, up-selling, and promotion of store initiatives.
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards by unpacking, tagging, sizing, and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor.
• Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, processing cash, card, and lay-by transactions while upholding loss control protocols.
• Continuously expand knowledge on global and local streetwear labels, footwear drops, and seasonal lifestyle collections to advise shoppers effectively.
• Address customer queries and handle returns or exchanges in accordance with company policies and service standards.
