FUCHS is offering a SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) Internship for 2026, providing a comprehensive 12-month programme for recent graduates eager to build a career in industrial SHEQ management. Interns will be actively involved in supporting various SHEQ activities, from incident investigations and risk assessments to compliance monitoring and management system implementation. Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the investigation and closure of non-conformances and incidents.
- Supporting root cause analysis.
- Analysing SHEQ data.
- Assisting with SHEQ reports and dashboards.
- Monitoring SHEQ performance and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Developing and tracking corrective and preventive actions.
- Supporting actions arising from audits, inspections and investigations.
- Assisting with SHEQ management system activities.
- Supporting document control processes.
- Assisting with legal compliance activities.
- Participating in risk assessments and hazard identification.
- Assisting with audits and inspections.
- Supporting environmental and waste management initiatives.
- Assisting with SHEQ training.
- Supporting safety awareness and behavioural safety initiatives.
- Participating in other SHEQ departmental activities.
