• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers with product inquiries, locating items, and resolving complaints professionally and courteously.
• Maintain a tidy, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring merchandise is correctly displayed, replenished, and priced according to company standards.
• Actively promote current specials, loyalty programs, and value-added services to enhance the customer's shopping basket and overall experience.
• Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling, security protocols, and health and safety regulations.
