Role Purpose

Key Responsibilities

• Actively participate in classroom sessions and practical on-the-job training, ensuring all tasks align with the learnership programme's requirements.
• Develop a deep and comprehensive understanding of Guardrisk's products, policies, and procedures, which are crucial for successful on-the-job training activities.
• Compile a comprehensive portfolio of evidence, meticulously prepared for submission to SETA, demonstrating acquired competencies.
• Maintain detailed logbooks for work-based learning, ensuring a thorough and accurate record of all practical experiences.
• Successfully complete all formative and summative assessments, achieving the required proficiency level for the NQF Level 4 qualification.
• Demonstrate adeptness in utilising company systems and grasping operational processes, ensuring efficient workflow and contribution to team objectives.
• Foster and nurture strong relationships with clients, as well as internal and external stakeholders, cultivating a network built on trust and respect.
