Participants will actively participate in live projects, shadow senior managers, and rotate through essential administrative and operational divisions, gaining an end-to-end understanding of modern manufacturing and commercial business processes.

Key Responsibilities & Core Duties

• Support supply chain and operations teams with inventory management, materials planning, and procurement reporting.
• Assist finance and administrative personnel with cost tracking, job costing, and variance analysis across active production lines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional plant units to identify workflow bottlenecks and recommend operational efficiencies.
• Extract and organize operational data to generate key performance indicator (KPI) dashboards for management review.
• Participate actively in scheduled departmental rotations and contribute constructively to assigned business improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards applicable to flexible packaging manufacturing.
