Nestlé South Africa is inviting driven, ambitious, and qualified students to apply for the Work Integrated Learning Internship Programme 2026 / 2027. This comprehensive 12-month programme offers tertiary students requiring practical workplace exposure (P1/P2) the opportunity to gain invaluable hands-on industry experience within the world's leading food and nutrition company. Participants will work on high-impact projects, collaborate with experienced cross-functional teams, build technical capabilities, and establish a firm foundation for a thriving global career across locations including Bryanston, Sandton, Babelegi, and Harrismith.
Key Responsibilities
Participate actively in day-to-day departmental operations, business projects, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with your qualification stream.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and support ongoing manufacturing, commercial, corporate affairs, and administrative workflows.
Maintain and update academic logbooks regularly in accordance with tertiary institution evaluation requirements and mentor feedback.
Apply theoretical engineering, food technology, human resources, marketing, or business concepts to real-world industrial and corporate scenarios.
Uphold Nestlé's stringent safety, quality, hygiene, and environmental compliance standards at all times.

Requirements
South African citizenship with a valid South African ID.
Currently studying towards a National Diploma or Diploma in Human Resources, Marketing, Food Science, Quality Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production & Operations Management, Food Technology, Analytical Chemistry, Biotechnology, or Corporate Communications.
Completed theoretical coursework requiring mandatory Work Integrated Learning (WIL / P1 & P2) to complete the qualification.
Official institutional letter confirming mandatory workplace exposure and evaluation logbook template.
Certified Grade 12 (Matric) certificate and recent academic transcripts.
Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Self-driven, eager to learn, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
