Key Responsibilities
Intern responsibilities will vary across functional business units, generally encompassing the following core duties:
Collaborating with cross-functional project teams to deliver high-quality advisory, audit support, or business enablement solutions.
Assisting with operational administration, data analysis, reporting, and workflow documentation.
Supporting systems integration, quality assurance testing, or IT infrastructure maintenance where applicable.
Liaising with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements, draft professional communications, and prepare presentations.
Conducting research, regulatory compliance reviews, or fiduciary and financial planning analyses under professional supervision.
Participating actively in team learning sessions, continuous performance appraisals, and professional development workshops.
Maintaining strict confidentiality and adherence to corporate governance, quality standards, and professional ethics.

Requirements
Must be an unemployed South African citizen who has not previously participated in a Youth Employment Service (YES) internship.
Available to commence full-time employment from 1 October.
Completed National Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or relevant tertiary qualification in one of the following disciplines:
Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development, or Information Management;
Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Internal Audit, or Estate & Trust Administration;
Investments or Financial Planning;
Law (LLB / BCom Law);
Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or Business Administration;
Marketing, Communications, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, or Project Administration.
Solid written and verbal English communication skills with professional drafting capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
High level of resilience, time management, and ability to perform well under deadline pressure.
A proactive team player with strong interpersonal skills and an eagerness to learn.
Previous office, administrative, data capture, or reporting exposure is advantageous.
