Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive secretarial and receptionist support, including managing diaries, receiving calls, and directing inquiries.
Maintain and manage filing systems, ensuring efficient organisation and retrieval of documents.
Draft routine correspondence, reports, and minutes for meetings.
Process travel arrangements, subsistence claims, and invoices.
Administer personnel-related matters such as leave registers.
Render general clerical support services, including data capture, record keeping, and updating registers.
Handle routine enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
Provide supply chain clerical support, including maintaining supplier databases, processing orders, and managing asset registers.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding procurement of goods and services.
Assist with logistical support for bid consideration and contract processes.
Ensure compliance with departmental policies and procedures.

Requirements
Grade 12/ Senior Certificate.
No previous experience required.
