Key Responsibilities
Payroll & Financial Support (Finance Clerk - Ref: RECRUIT 2026/319): Assist in the administration of office payroll, capture general journals, prepare third-party transactions, process salary allowances, maintain financial filing systems, and address routine pay queries.
Case Administration & ECMS Capture (Admin Clerk - Ref: RECRUIT 2026/320 & RECRUIT 2026/302): Register incoming dockets, capture new cases onto the Electronic Case Management System (ECMS), update daily court records, generate statistical reports, and distribute case materials to prosecution teams.
Human Resource Help Desk Operations (HR Clerk - Ref: RECRUIT 2026/321): Record, quality-check, store, and retrieve official HR correspondence, maintain incoming/outgoing registers, monitor component invoices, update PERSAL stats, and handle employment verification enquiries.
General Office Support: Draft formal correspondence, perform scanning, photocopying, and faxing of charge sheets or legal records, liaise with internal legal staff, and assist with smooth day-to-day office coordination.
Data Verification & Statistical Reporting: Collate court statistics on a daily basis, draw system reports for supervisory review, and perform data audits to maintain institutional accuracy.

Requirements
Grade 12 / Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification.
Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Demonstrated ability to act independently, professionally, transparently, and with credibility.
Strong administrative, organizational, document control, and report-writing skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer service orientation.
Good analytical ability, task prioritization, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
Working knowledge of PERSAL or completion of PERSAL introduction course is required for HR Clerk applicants.
