Impact.com, the global leader in partnership automation software, is seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) to join its international finance division as an FP&A Associate in Cape Town. The Financial Planning and Analysis team functions as the primary analytical engine of the organization, providing crucial decision-support, predictive insights, and robust financial intelligence across executive and operational departments worldwide.

In this role, the successful candidate will play a foundational part in financial forecasting, annual corporate budgeting, operating plan variance analysis, and global SaaS metric monitoring. Furthermore, you will actively contribute to modernizing finance processes through the development and deployment of internal artificial intelligence workflows, ensuring high-speed financial reporting and high-impact strategic advisory.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute creative ideas and practical solutions to design, build, and deploy custom internal AI tools tailored to finance workflows
• Deliver monthly financial reporting packs, ensuring budget holders understand their performance against allocated budgets
• Track, analyze, and monitor corporate key performance indicators (KPIs) and SaaS operational metrics
• Prepare detailed financial models, board-level decks, and operational dashboards for senior management review
• Conduct in-depth variance analysis comparing actual financial outcomes against budget, prior year, and rolling forecasts
• Collaborate with global department leaders to formulate annual budgets and recurring quarterly forecasts
• Drive continuous automation and modernization across general financial analysis pipelines

Estimated Salary Range (Market Benchmark)
