Key Responsibilities

• Perform adaptive planning and monitoring tasks to estimate, organize, and coordinate business analysis activities across agile release trains.
• Conduct structured stakeholder elicitation sessions to uncover business requirements, user needs, and system dependencies.
• Model business processes, data flows, and system interfaces using visual diagrams and industry-standard documentation frameworks.
• Decompose high-level epics and themes into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and comprehensive test scenarios.
• Partner with Product Designers (CX/UX), Business Architects, QA Testers, and Data Managers across the entire requirements value chain.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support change management efforts during feature rollout and system enhancements.
• Synthesize operational data and user feedback to resolve backlog impediments, functional spikes, and process bottlenecks.
