Responsibilities & Core Duties

• Identify and extract stock allocated for daily shelf packing and merchandising.
• Draw replenishment inventory from backroom storage in alignment with floor demand.
• Inspect products for quality defects, vintage specifications, shelf-life integrity, and price accuracy.
• Execute brand merchandising tasks strictly according to operational cycle briefs and visual guidelines.
• Engage professionally with store personnel to manage customer feedback, queries, and requests.
• Maintain current knowledge of active products, brand campaigns, and promotional displays.
• Log daily operational activities accurately to produce transparent merchandising reports.
• Complete designated store calls consistently as mandated by weekly call schedules.
• Inform the Regional Sales Manager promptly regarding out-of-stock items or delivery discrepancies.

Learning, Mentorship & Career Progression
